Our Story

Lightricks’ story began with an ambitious group of PhD dropouts who realized that they’d much rather spend time developing cutting-edge products for real people than publishing academic papers.

We were right.

Our Vision

We believe that we’re living in the age of opportunity. We’re bringing content creation to platforms and places you’ve never imagined. Integrating the newest technologies with our own innovative developments, Lightricks is setting out to build the future of creativity.

Our Technology

Our first endeavor was building LTEngine, the most advanced visual processing engine for mobile platforms. Using LTEngine, we created Facetune and then Enlight - two of the most successful paid mobile apps in the world. With a number of innovative products on the horizon, we're excited about the future our newest technology will bring.
