Every month, over 100 million images and videos are created and shared by individuals, influencers, and brands using a Lightricks-powered app. We’re looking for a Brand Communications Manager to help spearhead and align our brand and communications activities both globally and locally. As a Brand Communications Manager you will develop, execute and support internal and external communication plans that strengthen our brand positioning and spread the good word about our products and company culture. You will collaborate with the global communications, HR, social and content teams to promote and position Lightricks brand and values.

We’re looking for a Brand Communications Manager to help spearhead and align our brand and communications activities both globally and locally. As a Brand Communications Manager you will develop, execute and support internal and external communication plans that strengthen our brand positioning and spread the good word about our products and company culture. 

You  will collaborate with the global communications, HR, social and content teams to promote and position Lightricks brand and values.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Israeli / Hebrew public relations, support management of global (English) PR agency and internal communications, driving integrated campaigns and content plans.
  • Support cross-functional work between the Lightricks corporate and divisional marketing teams, HR, and Operations departments, devise communications initiatives that reflect Lightricks’ unique position as a category leader.
  • You will navigate in a  fast-paced and evolving environment, stay on top of key trends and are always on the lookout for ways to leverage company/product information.
  • Build PR and social storytelling campaigns that elevate Lightricks’ corporate profile.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to amplify news that matters to employees and expresses life at Lightricks.
  • You will dream up inventive ways to break through the noise and authentically showcase the many ways that make Lightricks unique and successful. 
  • Drive social ambassador network internally – working in collaboration with other comms leaders on in-person meetings, content flow and experiences to boost employee pride.

Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. degree in Marketing, Public Relations, English, Communications or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of marketing, public relations and / or communications experience in both English and Hebrew.
  • Bilingual & fluency in both Hebrew and English. Stellar verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in program managing, developing comm plans and content calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships with others in HR, Operations, Marketing, Design teams, company leadership and others across the organization.
  • Creative mind balanced with the ability to articulate data and insights. 
  • Ability to rapidly prioritize, innovate and react to changing market dynamics. 
  • Great storytelling abilities and an innovative communicator.
