Every month, over 100 million images and videos are created and shared by individuals, influencers, and brands using a Lightricks-powered app.Lightricks is seeking a full-time, in-house manager, based in New York, to help execute needle-moving creative campaigns anchored in content, social and offline activations. This is an operations, logistics and execution role to bring big ideas to life, online and off!You will be a core part of our team, helping to execute on-the-ground campaigns and activations, which could span event sponsorships, stunts and large-scale partnerships.

Lightricks is seeking a full-time, in-house manager, based in New York, to help execute needle-moving creative campaigns anchored in content, social and offline activations. This is an operations, logistics and execution role to bring big ideas to life, online and off!

You will be a core part of our team, helping to execute on-the-ground campaigns and activations, which could span event sponsorships, stunts and large-scale partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Managing, executing and developing marketing campaigns in a dynamic environment, ensuring campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines. 
  • Building and overseeing campaigns schedules and budgets to ensure each campaign is forward planned and delivered on time.
  • Coordination between the various departments in the company, work with various teams and articulate concepts into actionable plans.
  • Translate ideas to clear briefs and building pre campaign presentations.
  • Managing partners throughout the life cycle.
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results.
  • Providing real-time solutions to issues that arise during the campaign.
  • Assist in developing the marketing strategy and creative concepts.

Requirements

  • Experience in influencer management and working with “talent”.
  • Experience in creative work environments and marketing campaign processes.
  • Oriented to social media and cultural trends.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Excellent team work ethic.
  • Ability to work under tight schedules and periodically during non-traditional hours (including weekends / holidays).
  • Problem solver.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
