As a marketing creative content lead you’ll manage a group of talented multidiscipline designers, you’ll be working on a wide range of exciting projects touching many design formats, to spread the word of our inspiring & innovative apps. Responsibilities

  • Lead Lightricks’ marketing creative content team efforts.
  • Be responsible to oversee creative processes of several products & marketing channels such as - web & landing pages, email marketing, PR materials, social media content, AppStore & Google Play pages and drive them to get results.
  • Guide the team to create visual assets that will appear on world-wide multi-channel mediums that reach millions.
  • Work closely with other creative leads & marketing and product stakeholders to produce on-brand assets.
  • Uphold the principles of our brand identity across all creative assets
  • Research the latest creative trends and utilize them to support our brand strategy.
  • Combine great UI/UX with strong calls to action.

Requirements

  • Exceptional online portfolio.
  • Strong fundamentals in responsive web-design, UI/UX, layout & composition, image-making, typography and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong creative conceptual background, high level of art direction and visual storytelling.
  • Proven experience in managing a creative team.
  • 5+ years experience working in a professional design environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Media Arts, Visual Communication.
  • Highly proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (After Effects & Premiere - a plus).
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
  • Strong communication skills, both in Hebrew & English.
