Our Customer Experience team of experts is the first line to our customers and their impact is invaluable; they know the bits and bytes of our products, influence how future features will look like, and act as the customer’s voice. China is one of our largest markets for our range of products and we’re looking to establish a customer experience team from our Shenzhen office to champion our inbound communications channels for the region.

Responsibilities

  • Representing all of our product divisions, you will be our beachhead in Shenzhen supporting Lightricks and it’s users with much needed local expertise and language skills.
  • Covering everything from emails, social media, app store reviews (and more) you will be responsible for driving the highest level of customer satisfaction for users. As a trained super user of our products you will assist our users with their content creation needs and where appropriate, leverage their feedback as insights or improvements that will benefit our R&D and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a software customer/user support role - startup is a plus!
  • You are highly collaborative, a great communicator and a team player!
  • You have great interpersonal skills; empathetic, friendly, collaborative. 
  • You love identifying and solving problems. 
  • You have fluent verbal & written Mandarin & English - additional languages are a plus! 
  • You have used our apps or you have experience with creative tools - a plus! 
  • You have experience using a CRM / helpdesk ticketing software.
  • You have an affinity for software & technology.
  • You can analyse feedback / data and present this as insights for decision making.
