Our Customer Experience team of experts is the first line to our customers and their impact is invaluable; they know the bits and bytes of our products, influence how future features will look like, and act as the customer’s voice.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will lead our customer relationship channels via emails, social media, App store reviews and more. You will maintain a high customer satisfaction rating, report regularly to relevant stakeholders and help to develop processes that enhance team productivity. Like all of our team members, you will become an expert on Lightricks products and customer use cases, while engaging cross-departmentally, particularly with Product and R&D. Yup, we take Customer Experience seriously and we want only the best people to join our team.

Requirements

  • Native English with flawless spelling and grammar - MUST 
  • Strong communications skills, especially in writing
  • Strong technical aptitude to quickly learning new apps/software
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Typing skills (Try to beat us at our WPM competition! 🏆) 
  • A people person; Empathetic, friendly with a strong sense of collaboration
  • A problem-solving state of mind
  • A true team-player who is fun to work with
  • Experience in a startup environment - a plus
  • Familiarity with Photoshop or any desktop/mobile content creating tools - a plus
