We’re Lightricks, a successful startup on our way up. We build the next generation of creative content tools for mobile and have released a number of highly successful apps to date, used by millions, and we understand our success depends on our customers' satisfaction with our products and service. Our customer support team members are the first line to our customers and their impact is the largest. We’re looking for an entry-level industry professional looking to grow with us, to troubleshoot issues and educate our users with patience and a virtual smile.


We are looking for an intelligent and energetic person with a wide range of technical skills. In any tasks you take on, you demonstrate excellent problem solving and follow-up skills, strong attention to detail and learn quickly. You think out-of-the-box, tackling problems, connecting the dots and providing creative solutions. You stay motivated when working independently and are comfortable working with others. You’re willing to do what it takes to make a customer happy and truly care about customer satisfaction. You write very well and your stomach turns when it’s is used instead of its.


You describe yourself as:

  • Diligent & hard-working, team-player
  • Having strong analytical skills
  • A quick learner, able to think on your feet
  • Responsible and accountable, requiring minimal supervision
  • Empathetic, friendly and motivated to solve problems and help customers


  • Native English, excellent spelling and grammar
  • Typing skills - required to take a WPM test
  • Top tier skills with mobile troubleshooting
  • Strong technical aptitude to learn new apps/software
  • High-level written communication skills (when dealing with both customers & team members)
  • Availability for weekend/evening shifts on rotation (from home)

Extra points if you have:

  • Customer support/IT experience
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Familiarity with Photoshop/or any desktop/mobile photo or video editing tool
