Lightricks’ is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join the CX London team.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will become a product expert who will assist our users via email and social media to ensure that the users needs are met.

You will help us gather and analyse data in order to build a winning customer experience.

Your work will support decision making and strategic planning – a high degree of professionalism, dedication and discretion is required.

Responsibilities

  • Correspond with users on a day-to-day basis via email, social media and other platforms.
  • Work with the CX team to ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Support users through their journey when using our products and services.
  • Cross-platform support for all of our products (iOS, Android, Web).
  • Contribute to a better customer experience by initiating conversations with company stakeholders in order to constantly improve our products. You will be the voice of the user within the company.
  • Work with marketing, product and engineering to foster a strong sense of community and information sharing.
  • Assist in efforts of creating in-depth FAQs and other support related articles.
  • Educate users on the value of our products, help uncover bugs and technical issues before they become emergencies.
  • Maintain customer health, introduce new features as they become relevant to the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in the customer support/experience fields, mobile app experience - a plus.
  • Experience in the fields of photo editing or working in a design oriented field - a major plus.
  • High level of spoken and written English is a must, additional languages - a major plus.
  • Strong communication skills — much of our day to day is spent writing/chatting and talking to users.
  • Adaptable nature and the willingness and ability to shift strategies quickly to meet the needs of our users.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex users at once.
  • Team player but can work independently.
  • Open minded, willing to learn new technologies and procedures.
  • Patient and tolerant, experienced with different customer types.
