Job description

Lightricks, the creator of award-winning apps in the field of image and video, is now growing to a creator platform, supporting creators throughout their creator journey, from content creation to monetisation. The company brings a unique blend of cutting-edge academic research, technology, and design to every product experience it creates. Lightricks’ suite of apps has over 500 million downloads worldwide and has won numerous prestigious awards — including Apple's App of the Year, the Apple Design Award and both Apple and Google Play’s Best of the Year. Every month, over 100 million images and videos are created and shared by individuals, influencers, and brands using a Lightricks-powered app.   

Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Investor Relations will be primarily engaged in leading all investor relations activities, to build and maintain investor credibility, as well as to enhance the company image and increase shareholder value. This will include initiating, building and maintaining relationships with key investors and equity research analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of investor relations strategy and framework. Develop and implement investor relations activities that support Lightricks’ business strategy.
  • Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Play a key role in performing analysis of results, developing key investment messages, and drafting communications, conference call scripts, and other preparation materials, presentations and Q&A. Partner with teams across the company to ensure smooth execution.
  • Hold an active role in investor conference materials creation, IR roadshow and event planning as well as rating agency meetings and communications.
  • Prepare executives for conferences, roadshows, rating agencies, investor and industry events.
  • Launch and manage an investor relations webpage for the Company.
  • Develop, communicate and maintain IR governance policies and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive and rich experience in investor relations, Tech experience is preferred.
  • Strong financial and investment analysis capabilities, including experience with financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Must have demonstrable, advanced research, writing and editing skills in materials such as press releases, articles, financial communications, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear ability to effectively coordinate with a wide variety of professionals at all levels and departments within and outside of the organization.
  • Analytic and strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex situations, make recommendations and manage projects and processes through completion.
