Job description

Lightricks is a pioneer in creativity tools that inspire people to craft visual content and share the world through their eyes with friends, family and followers. Our suite of content creation apps has over 500 million downloads worldwide and won numerous prestigious awards — including Apple's App of the Year, the Apple Design Award and both Apple’s and Google Play’s Best of the Year. 

We are looking for a Product Marketing Director for our Marketing department. You will manage the Product Marketing team in one of the most promising, well-funded and profitable companies in Israel. You will lead the team’s planning and execution of a multi-million dollar monthly budget for our successful apps, products and services. 

You will oversee product launches, go-to-market, positioning, and messaging and play a key role in defining, and communicating products and features.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to create a holistic marketing and growth strategy for our products 
  • Manage the Product Marketing group - structure, hiring, employee development & retention etc. 
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to increase user acquisition & retention for the app
  • Drive strategic initiatives for marketing.
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives to drive user acquisition and retention leveraging marketing campaigns, and in-product growth levers.
  • Lead and coordinate positioning and marketing plans related to app updates and feature launches.
  • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching).
  • Measure the impact of marketing activities including user acquisition, influencer, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to develop compelling product positioning, pricing and messaging that differentiate our apps.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in managing a team of Product Marketing experts 
  • 5+ years experience in high scale B2C Product Marketing 
  • A data-driven ‘people’s person’, with the ability to motivate stakeholders  to drive goals and KPI
  • Ability to drive multi-faceted projects and people.
  • Ability to prioritize budgets and limited resources.
  • Able to build a narrative through the numbers and data.
  • Experience with B2B markets- a plus
  • Experience working with Product and R&D on Growth initiatives - a plus.
