DESCRIPTION

Lightricks is a pioneer in creativity tools that inspire people to craft visual content and share the world through their eyes with friends, family and followers. Our suite of content creation apps has over 500 million downloads worldwide and won numerous prestigious awards — including Apple's App of the Year, the Apple Design Award and both Apple’s and Google Play’s Best of the Year. As we continue to grow and enhance our positioning as a category leader in the way the world creates, we are looking for a superstar Employer Brand Manager with the right mix of creativity, integrated marketing and project management skills to partner with our Brand, HR and People Operations teams. The right candidate will engage our employees by bringing their stories to life, spotlighting the remarkable work and fun that’s an integral part of the company culture in order to help attract the next generation of leaders at Lightricks. You must be a quick study and collaborative, someone who’s motivated by a fast-paced and evolving environment — a storyteller and an innovative brand marketer who can be super resourceful and scrappy under pressure. At Lightricks we believe that everyone is a creator and should be empowered to bring their ideas to life, which is a natural part of our company DNA. The Employer Brand Manager will play a key role in planning and executing initiatives that increase our brand awareness in Israel and beyond, and enhance our positioning as an employer of choice. If you have a knack for developing original content that highlights the employee experience, promotes recruitment marketing programs to wide audiences and drives employee advocacy, we’re looking for you.
