At Lightricks we create award-winning apps that incorporate image, video and audio processing technologies that are used by hundreds of millions of content creators all over the world.

We are looking for an experienced and brilliant Product Manager to join our talented product team and lead our most popular apps, Facetune2 and Facetune Video for our Chinese audiences.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is all about making a significant impact via impeccable product work. Someone who is a technology lover (with high affinity for mobile apps), data oriented, with a strong business understanding and strategic thinking. You need to be an analyst that identifies needs and opportunities, translates them into an executable roadmap, and delivers exceptional results on time and budget. You need to be a people person and a dedicated team leader.

You need to collaborate with business leaders to set the strategic direction, scope, and success metrics for facetune product initiatives in China. Work across teams of designers, software engineers and marketers to ensure we are delivering an exceptional experience to all our users.

You will be responsible for scaling and growing Facetune2 and Facetune Video in China by building a strategy for the Chinese market, executing and testing it by running experiments and changing/adding features, all so that we can give our users what they want! You will work closely with both our onsite team in China and our teams in Lightricks’ headquarters on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Impact the business growth by identifying opportunities, hypothesizing and transforming them into live products that add value to your users. Plan impact driven roadmap and product prioritization.
  • Inspire and lead go-to-market efforts in collaboration with leaders and other cross functional teams including design, marketing, legal and other partners and stakeholders to cater the product exceptionally and timely for the local market.
  • Prioritize and make quick decisions about implementation and trade-offs for optimal results.
  • Articulate our product vision to senior management, partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify when things we’ve built are not working out, and work with the team and HQ counterparts to prioritise issues and iterate on them.
  • Streamline the execution of your roadmap through excellent management and communication skills.

Requirements

  • At least 5years of experience in product management, leading product delivery from inception to maintenance.
  • Understand the Chinese consumer tech ecosystem and are aware of what we need to build to offer our users the best possible design product experienceץ
  • Familiar with the backend, frontend, and everything in between (a plus).
  • Familiarity with social media and content trends.
  • Proven experience in UI and UX.
  • Eye for design and sharp UX instincts (background in design/photography - a plus).
  • Experience with A/B testing, strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, storyteller.
  • BA (or above)in related fields.
  • Preferred: PM Experience in B2C companies or in the Social Media realm.
