We are looking for a Head of Community who will be responsible for setting and operationalizing the strategic vision of international community development and growth - both anchored in the Lightricks brand and its suite of products as well as anchored in the creator ecosystem.
You will bring to life digital and physical community programs that bring creators together. You will be a global steward of the company mission by ensuring our communities are truly valuable, impactful and relevant, online and off.
To be clear, "community" isn't just a social media following, a podcast listenership or a blog readership… it can take many forms but will be judged on how much tangible benefit it can provide to creators. Think about creating and running a vibrant Discord community, for example, and curated dinners across cities.
We aren’t just looking for a brand ambassador. It is mission critical to grow community connections by listening to user needs, build and nurture relationships with creators and, in that process, define our brand value.
