Lightricks’ suite of apps has over 500 million downloads worldwide and has won numerous prestigious awards — including Apple's App of the Year. Every month, over 100 million images and videos are created and shared by individuals, influencers, and brands using a Lightricks-powered app. 

We are looking for a Head of Marketing based in Shenzhen to establish and lead all of the Marketing activities for Lightricks China. This is an exciting opportunity to directly grow, impact and influence our audience by initiating partnerships, substantially growing our revenue stream and growing our product and brand in the region!

As the Head of Marketing, you will have a unique opportunity to build a self-sufficient marketing function from the ground up. You will report directly to the GM of Lightricks China, while working closely with the HQ marketing department based in Israel. 

You will be responsible for scaling current channels and generating new opportunities for business growth. You will drive the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan while overseeing China’s branding, digital & traditional marketing, public relations and revenues.

Responsibilities

  • Create and own the Go-to-Market strategy for our products in China, achieve objectives through strategic resource allocation, identifying and evaluating operations for continual improvement.
  • Build China Marketing Department - Identify talent needs, hire, manage and retain a high-performing integrated marketing team.
  • Drive the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our target audiences.
  • Be in constant communication with the organizations cross-functional stakeholders, build productive and influential relationships with internal and external constituents to successfully lead Marketing efforts in China.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, develop actionable insights, test and learn approach to new initiatives.
  • Operationalize strategic reviews to understand what worked, what didn’t and what are the learnings that can be applied to future actions.
  • Create and communicate goals, objectives and KPIs for all marketing initiatives and ensure measurements are achieved.
  • Leads with a people-first mindset and actively promotes leadership trust, employee engagement and a healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of experience in relevant marketing fields with end-to-end Marketing Vision, minimum 2+ years of managerial experience in Marketing.
  • Strong capability to drive the marketing strategy from vision to execution, thrive in a demanding, quick turnaround environment.
  • Must have experience in managing budgets effectively across multiple marketing functions, setting up effective metrics and business processes.
  • The candidate must be data-driven, outcome focused, strong analytical and writing skills, very comfortable with data and analytics with the ability to clearly communicate results and ideas.
  • A self-starter, organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritize your work.
