The Content & Creators team at Lightricks is searching for an experienced, passionate and creative leader to oversee our amazing team of social media managers. Combined, they oversee 100 social profiles across our suite of apps and services. We need the right strategist and mentor to craft and implement best practices and innovations that will drive tangible business impact. You live and breathe digital culture, social media trends, have stories and battle scars to share and are ready to tackle the challenge of a lifetime!

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage overall social media strategy.
  • Define most important KPIs and lead the effort to measure and tell the story of what this team is accomplishing.
  • Guide the global content calendar.
  • Leverage all parts of the business for social media excellence.
  • Act as the thought leader on social media trends, best practices and technologies.
  • Evaluate and make decisions on relevant social media tools.
  • Provide constructive feedback.
  • Adhere to rules and regulations.
  • Present to Senior Management and champion the team's efforts across all stake-holders and departments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2C, media/entertainment, talent/celebrity or Creator Ecosystem-focused social media.
  • Must have experience with talent, celebrities or influencers and bring a wealth of anecdotes, learnings and failures to the table, we want to learn, grow and be the best in the world!
  • 4+ years of experience in managing and building teams, great leadership skills and a strong desire to mentor.
  • Passionate about social media, the Creator Ecosystem and storytelling, with a strong foundation of analytics, reporting, data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Excellent multitasking, project-management and time-balancing skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Player, great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Sense of humor- we work hard and like to laugh along the way :) 
  • English at near-mother-tongue level.
