We are growing rapidly and looking for a passionate and extraordinary HR & Admin Officer to join our team and help us continue our growth trajectory. You will be part of our most strategic missions in China - hiring and retaining talented employees who will continue driving the company's growth and success. You will play a key role on various HR and Administrative works, creating unique and memorable candidate/employee experiences, bringing creativity and innovation to your day to day work, deliver the people agenda and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Related (40-50%): 

  • Supporting full recruitment cycle from new position kick-off to onboarding.
  • Nurture talent through our hiring processes ensuring the highest standards of candidate experience as well as striving for a competitive time to offer period.
  • Build a data driven strategy while providing hiring analytics and insights to stakeholders that will continuously improve our hiring processes.
  • Be an ambassador for our culture and initiate brand awareness activities.
  • Leverage multiple sources to help us identify exceptional active and passive talent.

HR Related(30%): 

  • Providing support across a broad range of people related activities. You will be responsible for coordination and administration of all aspects of the employee life cycle in a fast-moving environment, including employee feedback, performance management, ER, payroll, onboarding and offboarding processes, etc.
  • Help to develop and implement people management practices, assess organisational needs, focus on employee growth, and support end-to-end HR processes.
  • Take ownership over the employees’ lifecycle. Feel the pulse of the China office and bring innovative solutions in the realm of employee experience, and put them into action.

Administrative Support Related (20-30%): 

  • Provide administrative support in the day-to-day tasks.
  • Organize domestic and international duty travel when required.
  • Support on team event planning, new hire set-up, initiating purchase requisitions, processing expense reports, office decoration, ordering office supplies, equipments & gifts for employees/partners.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting across multiple professions: Marketing, Creative, Product or Data hiring (strong advantage).
  • Exposure to various recruiting tools and systems with the ability to familiarise yourself with new platforms at ease. 
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • A self-starter, organised and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritise your work.
  • Creative, curious and passionate with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
