Lightricks creates award-winning apps - in the field of image, sound and text processing - used by hundreds of millions of content creators all over the world. In the past couple of years, Lightricks has grown in all aspects - new and exciting products, platforms and company sites. In order to keep on growing the right way, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to join our amazing team. The HR Business Partner is responsible to support the business success of the division they own by being fully dedicated to its people, their needs and their duties. The Partner helps to develop and implement people management practices, assess organizational needs, provide coaching to managers, focus on employee growth and development within the division, and develop and lead end-to-end HR processes. This is a great opportunity to join Lightricks at a high growth stage and have a significant role in building the HRBP team and defining its processes.

The HR Business Partner is responsible to support the business success of the division they own by being fully dedicated to its people, their needs and their duties. The Partner helps to develop and implement people management practices, assess organizational needs, provide coaching to managers, focus on employee growth and development within the division, and develop and lead end-to-end HR processes. 

This is a great opportunity to join Lightricks at a high growth stage and have a significant role in building the HRBP team and defining its processes.

Responsibilities

  • Be a strategic partner to leaders and employees at all levels of the division.
  • Take full ownership over the employees’ lifecycle. This includes feedback and evaluation processes, employees’ development plans, onboarding and offboarding processes, etc.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers and individual contributors.
  • Feel the pulse of the division and bring innovative solutions in the realm of employee experience, and put them into action.
  • Proactively assess teams’ and managers’ development gaps and implement appropriate solutions and action plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HRBP experience in fast growing high-tech companies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player.
  • Strong research and analysis abilities. Data-oriented.
  • Strategic thinker, collaborative.
  • Creative problem solver and decision maker.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders.
  • Motivation to work in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is an advantage).
