The HR Team is responsible for helping Lightricks grow fast but intelligently: from the recruitment of top talent, to ensuring a smooth onboarding and training period. This position also includes working closely with the G&A, utilising different HR systems, and using analytical tools and capabilities to learn and grow. It will be your job to make day-to-day life at Lightricks smooth and productive for our employees. We are looking for a smart, efficient and dedicated individual, who has a passion for working with people and is a problem solver. Someone who is always seeking to learn, evolve and improve their surroundings. As an HR Specialist, you will manage and execute the entire recruitment process and will become an expert on how we source and recruit. You will also manage and improve internal processes such as: Onboarding, HR infrastructure, measuring existing workflows and more.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an efficient and engaging experience for every candidate, from the application stage to integration into the team
  • Collaborate with teams to create and improve internal processes 
  • Source and attract talent
  • Take initiative in leading projects from conception to completion
  • Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Act as an information source on staff-related topics for the entire company 
  • Initiate and organize hiring events, including career days, collaborations with various NGOs and universities 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; a science degree - advantage
  • Proven organizational and project management skills
  • Tech-savvy and detail oriented; experience with People Analytics - advantage
  • Experience with hiring. Tech recruitment - advantage
  • Experience with HR systems, or Comp & Ben - big advantage 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done
  • Enthusiasm for reading relevant books and articles 
  • Native English level (written and spoken)
