In the past couple of years Lightricks has grown in all aspects - new and exciting products, platforms and company sites. In order to keep on growing the right way, and support our employees, we are looking for a talented HRBP Team Lead to help us take it to the next level. Our ideal candidate should have substantial experience with HR practices and employee management. You will work alongside executives and senior management in addressing employee needs and strategies on how it would be best to scale & perfect our company’s culture.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership over the employees’ lifecycle in one of our 3 product divisions. This includes onboarding, feedback and evaluation processes, training, conflict resolution, contracts and offboarding processes.
  • Mentor two more HRBPs in other divisions and be their point of contact for employee lifecycle related issues.
  • On a company level, bring innovative solutions in the realm of employee experience, and put them into action.
  • Support managers’ and employees’ initiatives.
  • Be a “multiplier” for everyone you meet.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience, at least 2 of them as a manager.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player.
  • Tendency towards research and analysis, very data-oriented.
  • Problem-solver / needle-mover.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
