Every month, over 100 million images and videos are created and shared by individuals, influencers, and brands using a Lightricks-powered app. We are seeking a Creator and Influencor Partnerships Professional who can help specifically source and execute creator partnerships to feed assets into our Performance Marketing efforts. We need someone with an eye for what assets drive engagement, clicks and downloads as well as someone who knows how to work with creators and nurture those powerful relationships that can grow in various ways. You’ll be a part of the Content & Creators team, working among social, partnership and creative peers, and be the point-person bridging our creator partnership efforts with the needs of the Performance Marketing team.

We are seeking a Creator and Influencer Partnerships Professional who can help specifically source and execute creator partnerships to feed assets into our Performance Marketing efforts. We need someone with an eye for what assets drive engagement, clicks and downloads as well as someone who knows how to work with creators and nurture those powerful relationships that can grow in various ways.

You’ll be a part of the Content & Creators team, working among social, partnership and creative peers, and be the point-person bridging our creator partnership efforts with the needs of the Performance Marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Strategizing, planning, and executing creator marketing initiatives at scale on our core social channels — Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch and more.
  • Defining creative strategy for branded content, including writing creative briefs and pitching bespoke concepts for key creator relationships - our primary goal is driving app downloads and user subscriptions.
  • Build reporting and generate insights on the impact from creator marketing activities and branded content, provide a POV on the most effective ways to measure the channel.
  • Producing branded content with creators to support product launches, major marketing moments, and paid marketing.
  • Partner closely with paid social channel managers to produce branded content to support user acquisition and to amplify organic creator posts.
  • Build relationships with key social network partners to scope features and to derive insights that give Lightricks a competitive advantage in creator channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Legal, Content, Creative and Partnership teams to vet, scope, and define creator opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in influencer marketing or content creation management either in an in-house role or in an agency setting.
  • Background in creating ads or managing their creation process.
  • Familiar with TikTok Creator Marketplace and working with TikTok Creators.
  • Experience across the lifecycle of creator activations - sourcing, contacting, negotiating, contracting, managing delivery, feedback and post-mortems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication. Must be able to negotiate and communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including agents, creators, and vendors.
  • Strong creative sense and ability to think outside of the box, able to quickly adapt creative and concepts to shifting cultural moments.
  • Ability to use data to define approaches to measuring creator channels.
