The Content & Creators team at Lightricks is searching for an experienced, passionate Influencer Strategy and Operations Manager. This role ensures KPI’s are met from our growing roster of amazing talent partnerships. KPI’s include (but are not limited to) monthly active users growth, growing referral traffic, retention, brand awareness and followers on owned and operated sites as well as conversion to subscribers.
This position requires strong project management and organizational skills, a deep passion, and an understanding of how analytics of social video and editorial platforms work cohesively. We are looking for someone with a strong ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. In this role, you’ll be working very closely with team members in New York and Los Angeles, so flexibility with work hours is required.
