The Content & Creators team at Lightricks is searching for an experienced, passionate Influencer Strategy and Operations Manager. This role ensures KPI’s are met from our growing roster of amazing talent partnerships. KPI’s include (but are not limited to) monthly active users growth, growing referral traffic, retention, brand awareness and followers on owned and operated sites as well as conversion to subscribers.

This position requires strong project management and organizational skills, a deep passion, and an understanding of how analytics of social video and editorial platforms work cohesively. We are looking for someone with a strong ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. In this role, you’ll be working very closely with team members in New York and Los Angeles, so flexibility with work hours is required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate across a myriad of internal teams to make sure our partnerships are driving tangible business impact.
  • Build reporting and generate insights on the impact from creator marketing activities and branded content, provide a POV on the most effective ways to measure the channel.
  • Partner closely with paid social channel managers to produce branded content to support user acquisition and to amplify organic creator posts
  • Communicate effectively across all levels. This position not only involves working cross functionally and with key internal stakeholders, but also with high profile external partners. This role is part of a team working closely with colleagues in the NY/ LA office to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management and social strategy / media management and optimization.
  • Must be comfortable setting and tracking KPI’s. This role requires strong attention to detail on our growth trajectory across numerous platforms and the ability to meet growth targets.
  • Strongly advocate for data-driven decision making and using data to manage accountability as well as provide intelligence for stakeholders to help the growth strategy of key partnerships.
  • Strong understanding or desire to master all facets of audience development including traffic growth strategies and audience diversification efforts.
  • Eager to experiment, try new executions, and have a deep passion for new platforms. The world of audience development is constantly evolving along with the platforms we work on and this person needs to be an advocate for staying ahead of the game.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and key stakeholders working both in person and remotely.

Preferred Skills:

  • Incredibly strong understanding of social media, video, and editorial platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of social platforms, CMS analytics and major analytics platforms.
  • Thoughtful, considerate project management style that is open to feedback.
  • Be agile in thinking of how to succeed in audience development across many different areas including legacy social, editorial, emerging platforms, video and audio formats.
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment.
