In light of Lightricks’ rapid growth, we’re looking for an Internal Communication Manager to design and orchestrate Lightricks internal communications program and provide a constant and effective flow of information between the organization's departments and employees. You’ll be responsible for producing and delivering messages and campaigns on behalf of the company, as well as facilitating a dialogue with the people who make up the organization. You will collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Executive, operations and HR teams to promote and position Lightricks brand and values.

Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate comms to ensure key messages and decisions are clear to every employee.
  • Create, execute and support cross-company programs and initiatives.
  • Manage all internal communication tools and platforms.
  • Work closely with the management to support execution across the company.
  • Gather and understand complex topics and create audience-relevant and compelling messages and programs.
  • Play an active role in the strategic direction and tactical execution of company-wide global/local employee activities. 
  • Support global PR efforts, including employer branding initiatives.
  • Support HR’s internal programs.

Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. degree in marketing, public relations, English, communications or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of marketing, public relations and/or communications experience in both English and Hebrew.
  • Proven experience in internal communications in a fast paced work environment.
  • Bilingual & fluency in both Hebrew and English. Stellar verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Passionate and proven writer ; A proficient writer who can help shape the narrative and effectively communicate it via presentations, scripts, emails, digital media, and other communications platforms.
  • Understanding of and passion for culture and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ability to lead projects and simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner for internal audiences.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships with other teams across the organization.
  • Experience creating and managing newsletters - an advantage.
