Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and manage internal cross-organizational L&D programs, focusing mainly on Lightricks’ tech department (e.g. bootcamps, training courses, workshops, lectures and various growth activities and opportunities).
  • Work with various stakeholders to assess teams’ development needs and skill gaps, to provide them with the best solutions for their growth.
  • Constantly measure the impact of L&D programs and continuously act to enhance them.
  • Manage vendors and monitor the L&D budget.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an L&D Specialist / OD Specialist / HR Consultant.
  • Experience in creating and executing learning programs for technical employees or work experience in the tech field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in projects involving working with multiple company stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to run several projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation skills, preferably experience in training or workshop delivery / group facilitation etc. 
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in measurement and evaluation - a plus.
  • M.A. In social sciences - a plus.
  • Experience working in the Tech industry- a plus.
