Lightricks creates award-winning apps - in the field of image, sound and text processing - used by hundreds of millions of content creators all over the world. We're looking for a User Lifecycle Manager to build and lead the development of a world-class user lifecycle marketing program that activates and results at scale for all Lightricks products -- including email, mobile push notifications, in-app messaging, and more. Reporting to the VP Marketing, you’ll be in charge of ideation, strategy, execution & reporting. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in a prior role driving growth through user lifecycle campaigns and the right combination of a creative, data-driven and strategic mindset. One who is customer-centric and thrives in a collaborative team environment, partnering closely with Marketing leads, Product teams, Engineering, Design and copywriting and Customer experience teams.

One who is customer-centric and thrives in a collaborative team environment, partnering closely with Marketing leads, Product teams, Engineering, Design and copywriting and Customer experience teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Lightricks’ customer lifecycle strategy through a mix of triggered, targeted and broad educational campaigns.
  • Research and identify customer segments for potential user lifecycle campaigns, plan customer offers and incentive programs that increase customer life time value (LTV).
  • Partner with marketing division leads, design, product, brand and other teams to ensure messaging is accurate and meaningful to our users.
  • Articulate program strategy and communicate results to key stakeholders while effectively translating analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop A/B testing structure and lead lifecycle marketing campaigns A/B tests in our lifecycle management platform.
  • Forecast results from various tactics and advocate for resource prioritization.
  • Measure and communicate campaign and experiment results to all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in customer lifecycle marketing, preferably at a mobile app company.
  • A proven track record of creating successful marketing programs that showed revenue increase.
  • Expertise working with platforms like Leanplum, Braze or Urban Airship - preferred.
  • Experience with performance marketing, brand building, social media - a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage projects and multiple campaigns that meet deadlines.
  • Deep passion for visual storytelling and content - understanding it, creating it, consuming it, categorizing it, advocating for it and navigating the details to get the best version of it.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, globally distributed, start-up environment.
