Lightricks creates award-winning apps - in the field of image, video and sound processing - used by hundreds of millions of content creators all over the world. Our Operations Team is a global team that manages all the behind-the-scenes work necessary to maintain vibrant and creative office environments for the Company’s 450+ employees worldwide. We’re looking to hire a Logistics Manager to handle all logistics processes related to the day-to-day upkeep of our office in Jerusalem. This position is a unique blend of maker and manager. The ideal candidate is both capable of managing large scale projects, often accompanied by tens of temporary employees per day, and also willing to bear down and do tasks himself when necessary. Examples of logistics projects include: rearrangement of workstations to accommodate new hires, management of the office essentials inventory, and general oversight of our 6,000m2 campus.

Responsibilities

  • Own logistics-related projects from ideation to implementation.
  • Manage temporary employees, including onboarding and payroll bureaucracy.
  • Communicate with suppliers and ensure seamless management of inventory.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for logistics processes.
  • Be a source of knowledge by staying up-to-date on all Operations initiatives.
  • Bring innovation, creativity, and ambition to logistics problems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics.
  • Service oriented, ability to maintain positive attitude at all times.
  • Full proficiency in Google productivity platforms; Technically minded.
  • Advanced English and Hebrew (oral and written).
