Job description

Our Marketing Department is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide outstanding administrative support in a fast paced environment. You will perform a wide range of administrative tasks from scheduling and summarizing meetings to monitoring progress of marketing activities in order to ensure our workflow runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CMO in ensuring product-related projects are completed on time and executed in high quality.
  • Track progress in relevant forums and for various initiatives; document meetings and make intelligent follow-ups; write reports on said meetings, accompanied by action items where necessary.
  • Manage all work-related communications, both in Hebrew and English.
  • Take ownership over the CMO’s calendar and appointment agenda.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with the executive direct reports and other stakeholders in the company. 
  • Work a flexible schedule suited for both Israeli and international stakeholders.
  • Bring professionalism, creativity, and ambition to administrative problems.

Requirements

  • Service oriented, ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times, organized & thorough.
  • Full proficiency in Google productivity platforms (sheets, calendar, docs).
  • Excellent communication skills both in Hebrew & English (written & verbal).
  • Availability to work from our Jerusalem office 5 days/week.
  • Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
  • Passion for Marketing.
  • Proven record of project management, project management tools, preferably in digital-oriented areas.
  • Previous experience working alongside senior executives - an advantage.
