Job description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager who will lead cross-department marketing projects activities. You will plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing projects related to campaigns, product launches, and strategic partnerships. 

You will build relationships and processes with key stakeholders within Marketing and other departments in order to support the delivery of a wide range of multi-million dollar monthly projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to oversee and manage the execution of 360° marketing projects and campaign briefs.
  • Centralize and optimize marketing operation flows across different stakeholders within marketing and other departments (Product and Tech).
  • Help to monitor the marketing road-map, identify and remove blockers for efficient project management.
  • Improve and automate marketing processes, work closely with marketing senior management on cross marketing initiatives and processes.
  • Anticipate workload and resources needed for a successful project, create and maintain schedules and Gantt charts, and hold status update meetings.
  • Help maintain consistent brand voice, expression, and visual styles in all deliverables.
  • Manage documentation, project tracking, and tools such as Monday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related.
  • 2+ years of experience in an integrated marketing operations/ project management role.
  • Very strong organizational skills and ability to drive multiple projects and stakeholders. 
  • Experience working within a multi-product based company.
  • Experience overseeing marketing programs and projects from ideation to launch, with metrics and KPIs to support success.
  • Experience with building and managing strategic, actionable project plans with clear deadlines, deliverables, and owners.
