We are hiring a Video Producer for our Marketing Production Group. The group serves as an in-house video production crew working with Marketing, Product and Employers Brand/PR departments, focusing on  production of outstanding creatives, design assets, corporate videos and more.

As a Marketing Video Producer you will-

Lead the way -  You will drive the video department to excellence and set quality standards for all video company-wide. You’re a steward for best practices and have an intuitive focus on details. You have experience crewing and equipping productions for various sizes and needs.

Build strong relationships - You’ll work cross functionally with Marketing, Product, BizDev and HR to support the departments with their video production needs.

Project management - You’ll create and manage project budgets, staffing, processes, and timelines. You are proactive about improving processes, accountable for meeting deadlines, and agile to make room for new ideas and experimentation. You eat those spreadsheets for breakfast.

Matrix management - You’ll be working closely with the in-house video creators, tracking projects’ progress and ensuring delivery on time. Reporting directly to the Production Group Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, budget and oversee in-house productions within the defined goals and in collaboration with production team.
  • Coordinate all multi-department production projects; advise on the best cost-effective solutions.
  • Vet production staff and vendors; communicate with production crew (directors, producers, studios, etc.).
  • Negotiate and finalize deals for post-production services.
  • Oversee on-time (and on-budget ) project execution.
  • Manage all financial and legal aspects of the project while working closely with our Legal and Finance teams to tackle any issue. (contracts, invoices, etc.).
  • Oversee DAM management (including Edit Assistant), evaluate ingest and deployment workflows; advise on efficiency.
  • Travel as required in support of project execution.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Post Production workflow management (Broadcast or Commercial).
  • Experience as a project manager and owner - have proven experience in managing cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders in the post production and production world.
  • Fluent in project management platforms - Monday, Gants, timetables, due dates.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment while keeping things positive and stress proof.
  • An amazing effective communicator in English, Hebrew is a plus (Strong written and verbal English communication skills).
  • Organized and with great attention to detail.
  • Experience with delivery of assets to studios.
  • Experience with variety of digital media workflows.
  • Post and editorial problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of wide array of media asset types.
  • Good to have - known Design School graduate.
