Responsibilities

  • Lead on the delivery of office, operations and welfare related tasks and projects.
  • Support future real estate and space planning projects. 
  • Provide administrative support to the London leadership team. 
  • Organise cultural activities and events as well as introduce other perks!
  • Support with onboarding new employees to the London office. 
  • Organise travel arrangements for the London team and for visiting colleagues. 
  • Purchase equipment, swag, and anything else that may be required from time to time. 
  • Operate our front of house and be a friendly face for all employees and visitors. 
  • Support with interview scheduling and graduate recruitment.

Requirements

  • You have prior experience in people operations, administration, or a role with transferable skills. 
  • You are highly organised and have amazing attention to detail. 
  • You have fun and outside of the box ideas that you want to deliver. 
  • You enjoy working with people and people enjoy working with you!
