Responsibilities

  • End to end payroll for all Israeli and Global employees.
  • Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, etc.
  • Enter data into payroll software for monthly processing.
  • Preparation of payments to government institutions (102. 126 etc.).
  • Manage new hires and leaves for payroll related processes.
  • Manage travel expenses and personal expenses review and approval.
  • Transfer of employee's social benefits funds to insurance companies and constant control of funds status.
  • Record payroll JEs and balance the payroll against the general ledger.
  • Manage payroll closing process according to the company policy.
  • Provide ongoing response and service to the employees.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll calculation, mid - large sized company.
  • Certified IL Payroll Controller / Payroll certificate - must.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Commitment to employee and company confidentiality.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Excellent knowledge of "Hashavim-Hilan" and Priority.
  • Bookkeeping type 1 and 2.
  • Great excel skills.
