We’re looking for a well seasoned PR Manager to help spearhead our PR efforts and initiate stories to drive global brand awareness in today's competitive media landscape. As a PR manager, you will develop, execute and support global PR strategies that strengthen our brand positioning and spread the good word about our products and company.

You will collaborate with the global communications, social and content teams to promote and position the Lightricks brand and its values.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global public relations, with both independent outreach and via PR agencies, driving integrated campaigns and content plans.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for reputation management and crisis management.  
  • Establish, maintain, and nurture personal relationships with reporters.
  • Navigate a fast-paced and evolving environment, stay on top of key cultural and newsworthy trends and always on the lookout for ways to leverage company/product information.
  • Build PR and social storytelling campaigns that elevate Lightricks’ corporate profile.
  • Find inventive ways to break through the noise and authentically showcase the many ways that make Lightricks and its products unique and successful.

Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. degree in marketing, public relations, English, communications or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of marketing, public relations and/or communications experience.
  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with project management, developing comms plans and PR strategy. 
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships with others in HR, Operations, Marketing, Design teams, company leadership and others across the organization.
  • Creative mind balanced with the ability to articulate data and insights. 
  • Ability to rapidly prioritize, innovate and react to changing market dynamics and company priorities. 
  • Great storytelling abilities and a clear, compelling communicator.
