JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Product Manager to join us and deliver a state-of-the-art mobile product that will emulate the success of those created by Lightricks in the past. Creating award-winning apps is in our DNA and in order to do this you will be given the resources and financial backing to lead a team of developers and designers to produce in-app features, tools and content. Our perfect candidate has experience delivering well-executed and designed products. This is ideal for someone who is a technology lover (with a high affinity for mobile apps) and a data-oriented strategist, who is able to identify user trends and can translate this into a product roadmap. You will need undeniable leadership and relationship building skills in order to get the best out of your people but also to foster a culture of excellence. You will own all elements of the product development life cycle, from timetables to prioritizing tasks, budgets and scaling, hearing what users want and letting them have the things they really need. As a leader, you should be a “multiplier” for others while having a phenomenal sense of judgement. People will always pressure you to do lots of stuff, but you’ll have to do only what’s right. You are intelligent, curious, hungry, hold broad views and, again, be data oriented (this is important for our mutual success.)
