The HR Business Partner is responsible to support the business success of the Tech or Product department by being fully dedicated to its people, their needs and their duties. The HR Partner leads the HR activities and helps to develop and implement people management practices, assess organizational needs, focus on employee growth, and support end-to-end HR processes.

• Be a strategic partner to the management team of the department and work closely with managers in the Product department or the Tech department. 
• Responsibility for HR aspects of the Product/Tech department and the Design groups in Lightricks.
• Be proactive, assess the main gaps and the areas we should focus on, and build a strategic plan to work with the management team which supports the business success. 
• Be a strategic partner to employees and managers in the department, deeply know the field. 
• Take full ownership over employees’ lifecycle. This includes leading feedback and evaluation processes, employee development plans, onboarding and offboarding processes, etc.
• Provide coaching and feedback to managers and individual contributors.
• Proactively assess teams’ and managers’ development gaps and implement appropriate solutions and action plans.
• Feel the pulse of the department and bring innovative solutions in the realm of employee experience, and put them into action.

• 5-6 years of HRBP experience in fast growing high-tech companies. Managing an HRBP team - an advantage. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player.
• Strong research and analysis abilities. Data-oriented.
• Strategic thinker, collaborative.
• Creative problem solver and decision maker.
• Proven ability to coach leaders.
• Motivation to work in a highly dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is an advantage).
• English - high level (writing & communication).
