As part of our hyper growth across the globe and preparations for an IPO in the foreseeable future, we are now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Tech hiring team at Lightricks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing & complex hiring efforts (branding, meetups, direct recruitment) in the Tech domain.
  • Create one-of-a-kind Tech-candidate experience in a consistent manner which peers can learn from (across the company).
  • Consult our Tech hiring managers on best practices to make our Tech hiring process the best in the industry.
  • Provide hiring analytics and insights to stakeholders (we use Greenhouse ATS & Tableau) to underpin changes that will continuously improve our Tech hiring efforts.
  • Mentor junior Talent Acquisition Partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience recruiting vacancies as part of an internal talent acquisition team in a scaling organisation.
  • Deep knowledge & mastery of advanced talent sourcing techniques - online and offline. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Reflective, analytical and results oriented.
