Lightricks creates award-winning apps - in the field of image, video and sound processing - used by hundreds of millions of content creators all over the world. In the past couple of years, Lightricks has grown in all aspects - new and exciting products, platforms and company sites.

We are now looking for an IT System and Security Director to join our constantly growing IT department .You will be reporting directly to the VP IT. You will take full ownership of System and Security Teams at Lightricks for the entire organization across all sites (Israel, UK, US, China and more as we keep expanding).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and support of all IT systems & Security 
    Lead, support and supervise the team providing operational support, monitoring and management of all IT systems (MacOS environment, server, networking and storage infrastructure),Ensure regular updating and maintenance of routine backup systems and procedures,Monitor the corporate IT helpdesk to identify emerging issues,Lead and administer supplier compliance with terms of contracts.
  • Technical leadership in IT systems infrastructure & Security related disciplines
    Participate in the development, preparation and delivery of training opportunities to enhance the knowledge and efficiency of System & Security Technical staff,
    Ensure that all Systems Administrators are compliant with current change and problem management policies,Provide specialist knowledge relating to System & Security  with key stakeholders to maintain existing systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Identify and mitigate IT security and operational risks of Lightricks systems and networks
    Assist in the establishment and maintenance of security Work plan,Risk assessment  , Integrity and business continuity controls and documentation,Ensure regular updating and testing of disaster recovery procedures,Ensure there are risk mitigation strategies in place for all IT infrastructure/systems, and business continuity in the event of a disaster.
  • Perform review, build and testing of technology solutions
    Define scope, plan and produce deliverables for assigned projects,Identify and document detailed business and system requirements for assigned projects,Participate in the development and use of endorsed Lightricks project guidelines and standards, and apply those techniques to manage, implement and deploy approved IT infrastructure projects.
  • Implementation and Optimization of IT systems
    Implement approved IT solution designs,Perform analysis and review of implemented systems and develop, test and implement performance tuning and optimization,Design, develop, test and implement systems management tools and automation tools which enable efficiencies in operational support of IT infrastructure systems.
  • People management
    Coordinate management of direct reporting staff to achieve the goals set during annual planning meetings. Oversee work and conduct annual job performance evaluations for those staff under his/her responsibility while assessing staff skills and identifying training needs,
    Ensure Coordination with IT suppliers and vendors to ensure agreed upon service level agreements are met and adhered to,
    Ensure contractors and consultants are managed in line with network security policies.
  • Interpersonal skills
    Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, inclusive mindset and leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of system and security team leadership experience. 
  • Management of at least 8 employees in the system and security field.
  • Leads 24/7 operations.
  • More than 7 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security.
  • Specialized degree in computer science, IT or related field.
  • More than 4 years’ experience with Azure AD  & Google WorkSpace as an administrator.
  • More than 7 years’ experience in Large-XL sized LAN and WAN environments running Microsoft Windows Server technologies, IIS,  AD/Azure AD as well as Linux Servers (Ubuntu, CentOS),and Mac environments. 
  • Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST.
  • Proven work experience with Mac OS X operating systems.
  • Practical work experience in IT Security and Identity Management. 
  • Practical work experience in the installation, configuration and deployment of network routers and switches (Cisco, HP etc.).
  • Experience with Cloud computing/Elastic computing across virtualized environments.
  • Demonstrated ability in the provision of user training and support (standard office automation and customized applications).
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills for effective communications in English.
