User Acquisition Manager

Job description

In order to support our incredible growth trajectory in China, we are looking for an experienced User Acquisition manager to drive significant revenue growth through a variety of marketing channels and initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities of UA Growth and scaling cost-effective customer acquisition campaigns across a range of new digital channels and territories. You will explore, recommend, and execute marketing campaigns across a variety of paid and organic channels.

The ideal candidate should have experience with various marketing media channels and successful results of marketing campaigns and new marketing platforms onboarding. Also strong capabilities in collaborating with multiple teams to achieve results.

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage and carry out large-scale campaigns via various online advertising platforms.
  • Develop benchmarks, set goals, plan and execute online marketing strategies.
  • Create insightful, data-driven reports and draw meaningful conclusions that drive overall sales growth.
  • Test, monitor and analyze performance and optimize according to KPIs.
  • Design A/B tests to measure lift in campaign performance and improve conversion rate.
  • Identify relevant trends and marketing opportunities, stay up to date with industry and platform developments.
  • Perform self-directed performance analyses and communicate key findings to the team.
  • Collaborate with teams spanning from UA, Creative, Analytics and Product Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, engineering or related field with a strong academic record.
  • 5+ years of related professional experience in tech or marketing related industry, including hands-on experience and third-party management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing significant monthly user acquisition budgets ($250K and up) in a professional capacity (executing/managing) for a mobile app- must.
  • Experience with Social Media Channels, DSP, Programmatic & Search on scale.
  • Experience with influential marketing by working with KOL/KOC - a plus.
  • A marketing strategist and can derive insights, recommendations and action plans from qualitative market trends, consumer feedback, internal feedback and large data sets.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, Strong Excel skills.
  • Diligent, proactive, highly organized team player.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently, take initiative to find answers and make informed decisions.
  • Understanding of subscription-based business models - a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Written and spoken English proficiency is a must.

Preferred Requirements

  • Understanding of photo or video editing apps, especially a fan here.
  • Outstanding expertise with solid track record in Search, Influential Marketing or certain Paid Social platform is appreciated.
  • Proven storytelling and communication skills across leadership, engineering teams, designers, customers, and partners.
