Our UX Research team is passionate about getting actionable insights so that we can solve real problems for real people and incorporate empathy and user voice into product workflows. We’re looking for a UX Researcher who is excited about doing lean, quality research while working with stakeholders to create magical, superior user experiences. As a UX Researcher, you’ll conduct both generative and evaluative research while having the opportunity to work cross-functionally with our world-class design, product, marketing, and data science teams. You’ll utilize your innate curiosity to create, execute, and analyze fascinating research projects -- and have the pleasure of seeing your insights incorporated into top-notch products.
The consumers of your insights will span engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders around the globe. Therefore, success in the role is dependent on synthesizing knowledge derived from different types of learning into coherent, credible, and easy to understand stories told primarily through visuals and numbers. You will execute studies, synthesize insights from existing data and studies, activate derived insights at the right time with the right audience, drive processes to ensure stakeholders are making the right decisions about customers, and track the impact of your work.
