About the role:

We are hiring a Video Productions expert to lead a multi-talent team that creates unique short and long-form video content for worldwide distribution across all digital (but not limited to) platforms and internal company needs.

Starting from the brief, you will organize the team to tackle each production, work with in-house specialists and outsource vendors, study the best practices, competitors, and the video marketing world at large to achieve the best possible results.

• Lead, manage and creatively mentor the in-house team of video specialists, prioritize day to day tasks and oversee their personal and professional development.
• Own video production projects A-Z, dealing with brand guidelines, digital assets management, driving the creative output to its excellence.
• Coordinate large/small scale shoots, while collaborating with the team's Marketing Producer.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative analytics and performance metrics to advance video strategy.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally and with stakeholders, while working on projects together with the team from pre-production to delivery.
• Research video & content trends, tools and new platforms to develop creative storytelling for the company products.
• Present treatments, based on a received creative brief in a dynamic environment within tight schedules.
• Assess and refine the structure and workflow of the team on a continual basis
• Mentor junior staff and conduct periodic reviews
• Manage onboarding of new team members for process and procedures
• Confirm definition of project tasks and drive project plan build (milestones and timing).
• Lead resource management build (assigning roles) and interface with department leads for additional resource allocation.
• Manage third party vendors or offshore partners as necessary in the delivery of projects, including gathering estimates.
• Understand the logistics and pacing of production to understand how a marketing crew fits into overall production.
• Provide superior communication and direction to the project team as you guide the overall process of the project.
• Track project deliverables and create weekly status reports for the Productions Group Lead.

• 5+ years of experience in the video production industry (Broadcast or Commercial), including hands-on experience in Offline/Online post-production pipeline. Preferably managing an in-house production team in the tech industry.
• A passion and knowledge for commercial filmmaking and a strong sense of getting things done.
• Managerial experience with strong attention to details.
• Excellent digital media file management and technical skills across the entire production workflow.
• Experience working with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, including but not limited to color grading, VFX/Compositing, and motion design - strong advantage.
• Skilled at shooting a wide variety of video footage and knowledge of professional camera formats, lighting, grip - strong advantage.
• Experience working with sound - advantage.
• A proven ability to work under tight deadlines and facilitate quick turnarounds on projects, within a team environment and in a fast paced, evolving organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
