We are seeking a creator partnerships professional who can help specifically oversee some of our most high profile, VIP-level partnerships.

You'll be a part of the Content & Creators team, working among social, partnership and creative peers, and be the point-person bridging our most valuable creator partnerships with all the many ways they tie into operations across the company (product, marketing, performance, communications, etc.)

You're a special individual who never gets star-struck, is used to being best friends with amazingly creative and successful influencers/celebrities. You know how to manage expectations and be the point person between business interests and the sensitivities of relationship management. We love creators and our work together impacts every part of the business. You'll shuttle back and forth between being on-the-ground and in the home and posses of talent and our HQ and global offices… connecting the dots, making sure everyone is happy and getting what they need.

This job opening is based in LA. Only geographically relevant candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Relationship ownership and management.
  • Coordination across a myriad of internal teams to make sure our VIP partnerships are driving tangible business impact.
  • Build reporting and generate insights on the impact from creator marketing activities and branded content, provide a POV on the most effective ways to measure the channel.
  • Producing branded content with creators to support product launches, major marketing moments, and paid marketing.
  • Partner closely with paid social channel managers to produce branded content to support user acquisition and to amplify organic creator posts.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Legal, Content, Creative and Partnership teams to vet, scope, and define creator opportunities.

Requirements

What We Look For In You

  • 4+ years working in influencer marketing either in an in-house role, in an agency setting or within the internal teams of large-scale creators/celebrities.
  • Experience across the lifecycle of creator activations - sourcing, contacting, negotiating, contracting, managing delivery, feedback and post-mortems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication. Must be able to negotiate and communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including agents, creators, and vendors.
  • Strong creative sense and ability to think outside of the box, able to quickly adapt creative and concepts to shifting cultural moments.
  • Strong proficiency in using data to define approaches to measuring creator channels.
  • Ability to work under tight schedules and periodically during non-traditional hours (including weekends / holidays).
