The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and People Analytics Director will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing various Lightricks HR strategies. While wearing the C&B hat, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of this process, from basic ongoing research to developing a strategic rationale, through managing a complex, multi-layered reward system and all the way up to global implementation, retrospection and continuous improvement of our C&B models. From the People Analytics side of things you will own all the People related data Lightricks has and analyze it to create meaningful insights that shape and lead the organization forward (retention, engagement, efficiency and impact are a few classical areas of influence you love to explore and improve using data). As part of the HR management team, you will work together with Lightricks' executives, HR Directors, Finance, Legal and other key stakeholders to bring our business forward.
