The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and People Analytics Director will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing various Lightricks HR strategies. While wearing the C&B hat, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of this process, from basic ongoing research to developing a strategic rationale, through managing a complex, multi-layered reward system and all the way up to global implementation, retrospection and continuous improvement of our C&B models. From the People Analytics side of things you will own all the People related data Lightricks has and analyze it to create meaningful insights that shape and lead the organization forward (retention, engagement, efficiency and impact are a few classical areas of influence you love to explore and improve using data). As part of the HR management team, you will work together with Lightricks' executives, HR Directors, Finance, Legal and other key stakeholders to bring our business forward.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing

As a Manager 

  • Manage, lead, and develop the team (2 team members); be part of the global HR management group (report directly to the SVP HR)
  • Lead and manage all aspects of compensation, benefits, salary, leveling, HR analytics, benchmarking data, monitor modern trends in compensation plans, performance plans, etc.
  • Collaborate with G&A teams in Israel and all global sites (currently US, UK, China)

 Compensation & Benefits

  • Plan and implement a fair and attractive compensation and benefits program aligned with the strategic goals of the organization
  • Lead and manage the annual E&C (Evaluation and compensation) process
  • Evaluate current benefit offerings and identify opportunities to improve or change them to ensure alignment with the business strategy

People Analytics and HRIS

  • Manage A-Z employee lifecycle information and prepare periodic presentations to key stakeholders
  • Analysis of HR KPIs and trends for key data-driven processes and decisions
  • Create, analyze, and maintain HR policies, processes, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Implementation of relevant metrics or tools to support HR projects and initiatives

Requirements

Your skills and experience

  • An academic background in relevant fields (HR, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics)
  • A strong background (10+ Years of experience) in developing, managing, and evaluating various components of compensation and benefits programs, data analytics, and HR system management 
  • Strong analytical skills - Experience analyzing data to gain business insights and conclusions, hands-on analytical experience 
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Presentation skills - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information to leadership
  • An advantage would be experience with Hibob, GreenHouse, Tableau, Monday
  • Experience within the international environment and high tech industry -  an advantage
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
