Lightricks creates award-winning apps - in the field of image, video and sound processing - used by hundreds of millions of content creators all over the world. Our Operations Team is a global team that manages all the behind-the-scenes work necessary to maintain vibrant and creative office environments for the Company’s 460+ employees worldwide. We’re looking to hire a full-time Front Desk Representative to be the primary point of contact for all employees in our new office space in Jerusalem. This is a unique opportunity for aspiring project managers. In addition to performing the day-to-day tasks of the Front Desk, this position is expected to play a vital role in office logistics including communication, budget tracking, and bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold Front Desk Responsibilities (greet guests, receive packages, arrange parking, etc.).
  • Manage incoming questions and requests from employees.
  • Be a source of knowledge by staying up-to-date on all Operations initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department.
  • Summarize operational plans and communicate succinctly to employees.
  • Bring innovation, creativity, and ambition to office management problems.

Requirements

  • Service oriented, ability to maintain positive attitude at all times.
  • Logistics-minded and passionate about project management.
  • Full proficiency in Google productivity platforms (sheets, forms, docs).
  • Professional English & proficient Hebrew (oral and written).
  • Availability to work 08:00 - 17:00, Sunday - Thursday.
