Popular Pays is a creative collaboration platform that makes it easy for brands and content creators to work together. Our software allows marketing departments to scale creative content and influencer activations. As of March, 2022, Popular Pays is a Lightricks company.

The Lightricks US office is set to undergo a period of rapid growth to support the wider company with the arrival of the recently acquired Popular Pays team as well as new talent that will go on to develop tools and services for Creators around the world. To ensure we keep growing the right way as we double the team over the next 12 months, we are looking for a talented and results-driven HR Business Partner to join our amazing team and lead our US Site.

  • Lead HR activities and help to develop and implement people management practices, assess organizational needs, focus on employee growth and engagement, and support end-to-end HR processes.

Responsibilities

What will you do as a Human Resource Business Partner?

  • Own the HR activities of our US site, including efforts related to employee performance, retention and engagement, DEI, internal communication, and other HR programs, processes, and initiatives that support our business goals.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, leading feedback and evaluation processes, career pathing convos and employee development plans, etc.
  • DEI efforts, employee communication
  • Work with members of management to assess and plan the people needs for our US site, including assisting in the identification, acquisition, and development of top-notch talent.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative employee data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve the experience of our employees.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to both managers and individual contributors, while proactively assessing teams’ and managers’ development gaps in order to implement appropriate solutions and action plans.
  • Assist in change management efforts, ensuring a smooth integration of the newly acquired Popular Pays team into the greater Lightricks organization.
  • Work in conjunction with the HR team at our HQ in Israel and our other sites to ensure our global team feels connected, our company culture is consistent across the organization, and our employee experience is excellent everywhere.

Requirements

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

  • You have least 3 years of HRBP experience, ideally while working at fast growing, global companies. (Bachelor’s degree, MA, or other advanced certification or education is a plus).
  • A combination of HR experience in some or all of the following areas: Organizational design & planning, performance management, coaching and development, employee engagement, DEI initiatives, conflict resolution, succession planning, data analysis, and internal communications.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of HR strategies, practices, tools, performance and compensation reviews, benefits and employee wellness packages, relevant employment laws, and compliance rules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others quickly.
  • Adept skills at managing conflict, so that those involved feel heard and treated fairly, while quickly working towards solutions.
  • A data-mindset, with strong research and analysis abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach both managers and employees.
