Lightricks creates award-winning apps - in the field of image, video and sound processing - used by hundreds of millions of content creators all over the world. In the past couple of years, Lightricks has grown in all aspects - new and exciting products, platforms and company sites. 

The Saas Team is in charge of giving support to teams and end users inside the company by taking ownership of the majority of the SaaS applications and its respective implementations. 

This position is for someone personable and support oriented with enough curiosity for understanding processes in the company and looking for outstanding solutions.

• Deal with SaaS accounts maintenance.
• Deal with SaaS implementations around the company.
• Troubleshooting from simple to complex incidents between users and SaaS.
• Build automatic processes to improve daily basis work.
• Research for different solutions depending on the company’s needs.
• Project planning, management and execution.
• Contact with third parties.
• APIs integrations and interactions depending on the company's needs.
• Reports to SaaS Team Manager.

• Experience on different Saas Administration.
• Experience on project management in a multi systems environment and cross team integrations. (a plus).
• Knowledge on API integrations (a plus).
• Advanced knowledge on Scripting [Batch - Go - Python] (a plus).
• Basic Knowledge on Cyber Security and protocols .
• Experience on working with Azure AD.
• 3+ years of experience on solving end user issues (SaaS oriented).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT focus (a plus).
• Agile Methodology (a plus).
• Jira as an Admin (a plus).
• Familiar with ticketing and saas management systems.
• ITIL Certification (Definitely a plus).
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Fast Learner, Hard Worker and committed to a high quality service.
