Why this role?

We’re looking for new teammates with a passion for building to join our team.  We have a very exciting Product roadmap and need help with the integration of our new parent company, Lightricks, as well as to continue to develop features to grow our business that serves creators and brands to collaborate together. 

We’ll be growing our creator base considerably and will be developing and improving infrastructure to optimize for scale and performance.

We use a client server architecture that includes Ruby and Javascript built on Rails, Node.js, and Ember.js. We have Postgresql, Redis, and Elasticsearch instances.  We use S3 for static assets and use Heroku to help streamline our DevOps.

In addition, you’ll be leaning in and leading efforts on our projects to enhance the functionality of our platform to be the SAAS solution that can service clients ranging in size from small businesses to enterprise agencies and brands.

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

• Ruby on Rails - 5-7+ years of experience
• Node.js - 2-3+ years of experience
• Experience managing issues of scalability and performance optimization
• Rspec

• Open Search and S3 - AWS services
• Qunit
• DevOps & Heroku (distribution)
• Codeship / Travis (continuous integration)
